I remember meeting my first nurse practitioner. I was 21 years old, starting my nursing program. She was one of our professors. I resonated with her as a healer and I wanted to be like her when I grew up in my profession.

The New Year has dawned, I can’t believe it. Full of opportunities and possibilities. Something that never changes for me is my passion for food. My beliefs, knowledge, and relationship with food have all changed.
