About Lynda Sherland
Lynda Sherland, RN, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner, is an integrative medicine provider with a holistic medicine practice. 
Lynda specializes in Integrative Medicine, Integrative Nutrition, Holistic Medicine, and a whole health approach to wellness. 
She is a graduate of the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine Fellowship Program created by Dr. Andrew Weil.
As an integrative healthcare provider, Lynda explores a unique, personal definition of health with her patients. She creates a safe space for healing by spending time, listening and helping her patients to articulate an intention to live a healthier life.
Lynda's passion is food as medicine. She emphasizes preparing delicious, nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory meals for people seeking the freedom to live their best life. She also speaks in the community on a variety of topics.
Educating and treating the whole person, not just the physical body, has been the cornerstone of Lynda's practice. She offers a relationship, a partnership, and collaboration in exploring your vision of health.
